We control Tre Elle Group and the group’s operating companies. Construction, energy, real estate, payments. And two football clubs.
Laterza S.r.l. is the holding company of the Tre Elle group. It controls Tre Elle Group S.p.A. and the other operating companies, active in Italy and the United Arab Emirates, and two football clubs.
We set the strategy, allocate the capital and assess new deals. The operating companies deliver them.
The perimeter
Construction and building services. Real estate development and services. Energy. Plant rental and facility management. A holding in payments in Poland. And, since 2025, two football clubs: A.C. ChievoVerona and Al-Ittifaq FC.
Method is born on site
It is execution that decides whether the numbers of a deal hold up: the programme, the permits, the suppliers, the people on the ground. That is why the group keeps its technical skills in-house instead of merely coordinating them from outside.

Alongside the building sites the group delivers interiors and retail for corporate clients: Huawei, Heineken, Haworth, Asics, McFIT, BNL, Baker Hughes.
The works are the proof
Nineteen sites documented one by one, across Turin and its belt, Piedmont and Liguria: facade refurbishment, energy efficiency, solar, infrastructure works. Not a catalogue of services: a list of finished things.
