ChievoVerona and Al-Ittifaq: two clubs that sit on the balance sheet as assets.
The clubs are holdings, not a hobby
Since 2025 the group’s perimeter has included two football clubs: A.C. ChievoVerona and Al-Ittifaq FC.
On this site the clubs are presented for what they are on the group’s balance sheet: assets to be managed. Facilities, youth academy, organisation, sponsorship, economic sustainability. Results, transfers and match reporting belong on the clubs’ own channels, where they should be.
A.C. ChievoVerona
A Verona club, today in Serie D, with a first team, a youth academy and a women’s side. The relaunch project was presented in Verona in September 2026.
Al-Ittifaq FC
A Dubai club, founded in 2020. It is the sporting side of the group’s perimeter in the Emirates, where it is already present with Tre Elle Investment.
The Bottagisio Sport Center
ChievoVerona’s training centre in Verona, on the Adige: pitches, gym, residence, changing rooms, meeting room and store. It is the physical part of the asset — the part you can visit, measure and put to work — and the part a construction group knows exactly how to handle.
Why a construction group buys two clubs
By the same test it applies to a building: you look at how they are run before you look at how they are valued. A club is a business with revenues, fixed costs, a facility to maintain and people who have to work together.
