What a twelve-year relationship means
An international retail client does not renew out of goodwill: it renews because every opening meets the date, the fit-out standard and the budget. Ten stores in two countries, from 2012 to today, are the most concrete form of reference there is.
Why it matters
Retail sets a different rhythm from residential construction: short programmes, often overnight, inside shopping centres or busy streets, with a format to be replicated identically in different cities. It is an industrial skill, not a craft one.
