Milan, Huawei headquarters — the huddle spaces with their coloured leather seating
Four thousand square metres of offices, showroom and common areas for Huawei’s Italian headquarters, handed over in 130 days.
| Client | Huawei — telecommunications systems |
| Location | Milan |
| Completion | 2019 |
| Area | 4,000 sqm |
| Scope | Building works, services, interior fit-out, bespoke furniture |
| Duration | 130 days |
What was done
The huddle spaces — meeting areas enclosed by full-height elements, designed for acoustic control and for the privacy of whoever is using the coloured leather seating inside.
The showroom walls were made to measure in Krion®, a new-generation solid surface: walls shaped and curved to the design, with total material continuity, because every component is thermoformed and thermally joined on site. No visible joints. The flowing walls carry an integrated led lighting system; the graphics decorating the area depict a stylised Milan skyline.

Why it matters
A client like this does not buy square metres: it buys a handover date and a standard of finish. One hundred and thirty days over four thousand square metres, with services and bespoke furniture, is the kind of figure an investor reads at once.
