How we work
Method
Our own crews and plant, sites on occupied buildings, one single point of contact.
What decides a site is not the site
Anyone who has been building long enough knows it: work rarely stops because of how it is done. It stops because of what was not prepared beforehand.
Permits are filed six months ahead
Bad weather goes into the budget: the days lost in Piedmont in November are counted and end up in the programme. A permit that arrives when it arrives does not. That is why paperwork is managed the way a critical supplier is managed.
The cost of a lost day is not the day
It is the people who produce nothing that day and are paid the same at the end of the month — rightly, because the delay is not their doing. It is the line that weighs on margins more than almost any other.

The skills stay in-house
The group keeps its technical skills in-house instead of merely coordinating them from outside. It is an expensive choice in overheads and a profitable one in execution: when a decision has to be made on site, it is made by someone who knows.
