This page explains who handles the data you leave on laterzasrl.it, why, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It covers the two forms on the site — the spontaneous application and the Briefing subscription — and ordinary browsing.

Who handles the data

The data controller is Laterza S.r.l., Corso Svizzera 185, 10149 Turin, Italy — info@laterzasrl.it, tel. +39 011 0252477.

Laterza S.r.l. is the holding company. Data collected through this site may also be handled by the other companies in the group, where the request concerns their work: an application for site work reaches the people who run the sites, one for the sporting side reaches the club. Outside the group we pass nothing to anyone.

What we mean by the group

By group companies we mean the companies controlled by Laterza S.r.l., in Italy and abroad, working in construction and refurbishment, building services and energy, facility management, equipment rental, real estate and sport.

The make-up of the group changes over time. The current list of companies is always on the The group page of this site, and you can ask us for it at any time at info@laterzasrl.it.

Transfers outside the European Union

Part of the group operates outside the European Economic Area. If your request concerns that work, your data may be transferred to those countries under appropriate contractual safeguards. You can find out which countries are involved and ask for a copy of the safeguards at info@laterzasrl.it.

Spontaneous application

What we collect. First and last name, email, phone, city of residence and area of interest. Date of birth, years of experience, licences and certifications, a free-text introduction, your CV and a second attachment are optional.

Why. To assess the application and to get back to you, within the group. The legal basis is your consent, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

How long. Twenty-four months from submission. After that the application is deleted, unless employment has begun in the meantime.

Who reads it. The people at Laterza who handle recruitment and, where the application is relevant, the group companies listed above. The data is not sold or passed to third parties and is never used for marketing.

A note on your CV. You write your own CV. If it contains information about health, protected categories or legal proceedings, we handle it only where it is relevant to the selection and within the limits of the law. You are free to leave it out: it does not affect the assessment.

Briefing

What we collect. First and last name, email and, if you care to give them, company and role.

Why. To send you the Briefing, the group’s periodic publication about the company and the sectors it works in. The legal basis is your consent.

How long. For as long as you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep only what is needed to avoid contacting you again by mistake.

How to unsubscribe. Reply to any of the emails you receive, or write to info@laterzasrl.it. You do not need to give a reason.

Browsing the site

The site is hosted on Aruba servers in Italy. Server logs record access for security and diagnostics and are kept for as long as is technically necessary.

The site uses no profiling cookies, no third-party analytics and loads nothing from external domains: fonts, images and video are served from the same server. The only possible cookies are the technical ones the contact form sets while sending.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is handled, receive it in a readable format or object to the processing. You can withdraw consent whenever you like; withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
