Fitting the insulation boards on rope access, with no scaffolding across the whole elevation
Why rope access and not scaffolding
When what is missing is space on the ground — narrow courtyards, passages that must stay clear, access shared with the people who live there — full scaffolding would occupy the only way through for months. With rope access the site stays vertical: the crew works on two independent lines, one for work and one for safety, the boards go up one at a time and the ground floor stays clear.

The work
Adhesive spread on the insulation board, fixed at height, then anchored. That is the part you see; the part that weighs is the planning, because on rope access the sequence of installation and the logistics of materials have to be decided beforehand and cannot be recovered halfway up a facade.
