Refurbishment of a residential building in the hinterland of Finale Ligure: full scaffolding, envelope, roof. A sloping site, with tight access and logistics to solve before the first scaffold tube goes up.
What was done
- Full scaffolding on sloping ground
- Envelope rebuilt and thermally insulated
- Roof and sheet-metal works replaced
- Balcony edges and reinforced concrete works repaired
- Site supervision and safety coordination on site
Why it matters
On a hillside the expensive part of a site is not the work itself: it is getting materials and people up there. On jobs like this the margin is defended at the planning stage, not during execution. It is the kind of control an integrated group can exercise and a pure general contractor cannot.
