- Thermal insulation and finishing of the elevations
- Sheet metal, downpipes and ancillary works rebuilt
- Balconies and timber structures repaired
Why it matters
Several owners, one roof: jobs like this almost always stall on governance, not on technique. Getting them over the line is a skill in itself, and it is worth as much as the one on site.
