The largest site in the set: a residential courtyard complex, curved in plan, scaffolded from end to end. Hundreds of linear metres of facade, dozens of occupied flats, one single programme.
What was done
- Full scaffolding along the entire curved development
- Thermal insulation of the envelope
- Roofs replaced and solar system installed
- Balconies, parapets and reinforced concrete works repaired
- Coordination with the building manager and the residents
