An occupied building, in a crowded block

The scaffolding runs around the whole perimeter and the site opens straight onto the street. In a setting this tight the hoarding, the material storage and the protection of passers-by are not paperwork: they are the constraint that sets the programme.

Control is a daily matter

Work at height on a period building changes every day: what you find when you open a roof is never exactly what the drawings say. That is why the site inspection is not an event, it is a routine.
